This notice covers enquiries and measurement on the Golforb marketing websites at golforb.com, leagues.golforb.com, handicap.golforb.com, tournaments.golforb.com and teetimes.golforb.com. This notice concerns the marketing pages and their enquiry forms; application accounts and competition records are outside its scope. Password Technologies Private Limited is responsible for the information described here.

Enquiries and follow-up

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email address, club or league details, product interest, preferences and message to respond and manage follow-up. Campaign parameters supplied with your visit may accompany the enquiry in our private sales system. Internal notifications are processed through ERPNext and Google Workspace.

First-party measurement

We also count demo-link clicks and accepted enquiries. Measurement reports contain counts and broad source/medium categories rather than contact details. These counters use no cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Click collection respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Your theme preference

If you choose Light or Dark, this website stores that preference in your browser on this domain. System follows your device setting. The preference is not used to identify you.

Operational logs

Our web server separately records technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, referrers and browser information, for operation and troubleshooting.

Retention

No automatic deletion period is currently configured for enquiry or measurement records.
